To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all cats come into the clinic in secure cat carriers, and dogs are on non-slip collars and leads. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. Dog owners, please be aware that whilst it is exciting and fun for your dog to sniff at the cat baskets, the cats are usually terrified by this action. Please keep them away from the cats so everyone can enjoy a "stress-free" visit to the Vets!
Vaccinations are required yearly including the anti-rabies vaccine and it is mandatory for both cats and dogs to be registered with the municipality.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered and deposits before surgical admission or hospitalization. A small levy is added to all consultation fees during a public holiday. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit cards, cash and personal cheques.
We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us or our web site hosting company at squarespace.com. It's that simple! And we strictly adhere to this policy.
